Dr. Janet believes that it is essential that each person understands their unique dental health situation and all options for addressing issues. Dr. Janet spends time talking with patients, providing information to ensure they are able to make informed decisions about treatment.
Dr. Janet’s goals are to make visiting the dental office as pleasant as possible, especially for people who are nervous about seeing the dentist. Here, we strive to help people work through their fears, overcome past negative experiences, and learn that today’s dentistry can be more of a pleasant experience. Nothing is more rewarding than when someone tells me that their procedure was a good experience!
Dr. Janet Kan is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and graduated from Dentistry from the University of Manitoba. Dr. Janet Kan has been living in Calgary for over 10 years and is very happy to call it home. Outside of work, Dr. Janet Kan’s favorite times are spent with family, friends and her dog, Pablo, a German Shorthaired Pointer. She loves to travel and enjoys exploring new places and tasting new foods.
