Replacing teeth with dental implants is carried in two main stages. During the first stage, a specialist will place the dental implant into your jawbone. Once your bone has integrated with the implant and the tissue is healed, the specialist will give us the go ahead to continue onto the second stage. During the second stage, you will return to Rideau Dental on 4 th Street, where Dr. Janet Kan will take an impression or iTero scan of your mouth and our team will select a shade with you or an apppintment will be made for you to have custom shade appointment at the lab. The dental laboratory will then fabricate your custom implant crown. Once you crown has been fabricated, we will screw your implant crown in place and cover the access point with composite resin .
