Insurance and CDCP
For private insurance, we’re a non-assignment clinic: you pay at your visit and then submit the claim to your insurer for reimbursement. We also accept cash and credit cards. Our new patients page explains what to expect at your first visit.

Do you see young children?
Yes. Dr. Kan sees children from age one, and we keep early visits short and gentle so kids feel comfortable in the chair.
Are you open on Fridays?
No. We're open Monday to Thursday: Monday and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We're closed Friday to Sunday.
Is there parking near the clinic?
There's no parking lot nearby. Paid street parking is available on 4th Street SW and the surrounding streets.
How do I get to the office in the building?
We're in Suite 303 on the third floor. Take the elevator from the lobby up to our floor.
Do you accept CDCP?
Yes. We welcome new patients with the Canadian Dental Care Plan and send the claim to Sun Life for you, so you pay only your share.
